Eggplant Balado is the culinary offerings dominant Indonesian flavour that favored by many circles . 
Eggplant flavor is already apparent with the bright red color indicates the spicy delights. 
Balado itself actually a condiment  the distinctive flavor of minangkabau.
This condiment can be combined with some groceries such as eggs, tempeh , tofu , 
and what we will discuss this time  eggplant .
 
Here how to make terong balado:
 
Ingredients:
1.      2  pieces of Eggplant, cut each eggplant into medium size ( 6 pieces)
2.      7 pieces of chili sauce
3.      3 pieces of  red chilies
4.      7 cloves of red onion
5.      2 cloves of Garlic
6.      3 sheet of bay leaves
7.      Cooking oil 
8.      Brown sugar
9.      Salt and sugar
10.  150ml of water
 
How to make terong balado
1.      Fry the eggplant half-baked
2.      Then make the condiment contains chili sauce, red chilies, red onion, and garlic.
3.      Then Saute it (the condiment) until fragrant then pour the water and wait until boiled.
4.      Next add sugar, brown sugar, bay leaves, and salt. Stir it constanly until dissolved.
5.      Then put the half –baked eggplant in, stir it well.
6.      Your Terong Balado is ready to serve. Serve it with some complementary to your family.
