Almost 2 days i didnt make a post because im very busy in my job. Today i will give an Indonesian recipe for Tumis Kangkung Pedas ( Spicy Sauteed Kale). This food very popular in Indonesian. The process of cooking very simple and the taste very good.
So This is how to make Tumis Kangkung Pedas (Spicy
Sauteed Kale).
Ingredients :
1. 1 bunch of Kale
2. 4 cloves of Red Onion
3. 4 cloves of Garlic
4. 10 pieces of chili
5. 5 pieces of chili sauce
6. 1/2 tsp Salt
7. 1/4 tsp of Sugar
8. 1/2 tsp shrimp paste
9. 2 tbsp Oyster sauce

How To make Spicy Sauted Kale:
1. Wash the
Kale and slice it.
2. Mash red
onion, garlic, Chili, Chili sauce and the Shrimp paste, mix it until you get a
spicy pasta.
3. Heat the oil
then stir fry until fragrant. Then put in the Kale in.
4. Pour the
Oyster sauce then add sugar and salt. Mix it well.
5. Best to serve
it while still warm.
